Whispering Willows Day Spa is an independently owned and operated business. Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is not responsible for any issues related to the spa. If you cancel your accommodations at the resort, you MUST contact the spa to communicate the changes. If you do not, it could result in a charge.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time to be checked in for your appointment.

You should have received an email with your client intake form; this must be filled out prior to your appointment. If it is not, we will resend it to you, and you will need to complete it in its entirety. We no longer use paper intake forms. Each client will need their own intake form completed to receive any service. Per Montana state law for Massage Therapy.

Soak Passes to the Hot Springs

• Day passes are available only for clients receiving a service who are not guests of the resort, RV park, Chalets, or Condos or those who have memberships for Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.

• Passes cannot be given or sold to anyone else in your party if they are not receiving a service—no exceptions.

• Soak passes are valid only on the date of service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Any cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, there is no charge. 

• Any cancellations 24 - 12 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of service(s) booked.

• Any cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) booked.

• All no shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. 

• Late arrivals may receive a shortened session and are still responsible for the full-service price. If you are running late, please contact the spa directly to let staff know. 406.797.3721

If you mistakenly book at our spa in Montana, but are actually in Canada, the same cancellation policy applies—no exceptions.

Payment & Booking Policies

• A card on file is required to hold all appointments. 

• We no longer accept Fairmont Hot Springs Resort gift cards. 

• We no longer charge services to guest's rooms. All payments must be received at time of booking or service.

Age Restrictions

• Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian present at time of check-in for their appointment. 

• Clients age 15–18 must have a parent/guardian on-site during service. It is at the discretion of the client if they would like to have their parent/guardian (same sex) in the treatment room during time of service. 

• If you are wanting to schedule an appointment for anyone 14 and younger, please contact the spa directly - do not book their appointment online.

Satisfaction & Conduct Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the spa owners directly at WhisperingWillowsDaySpa@gmail.com and we can address any concerns. While we strive to resolve issues, refunds are not guaranteed.

Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment at their discretion.

Any inappropriate comments or behavior of a sexual nature is completely unacceptable and will result in immediate termination of the appointment, and the full-service price will still be charged.
