Unfortunately, our couple's room is currently out of commission. If available, we will try to accommodate appointments at the same time, however they will be in separate rooms. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we are working on getting it resolved.
Each client can receive a complimentary hot spring pass for the day of their service. If you’d like to access the hot springs before your massage, let us know so we can make arrangements.
Please note: Extra passes are not available for guests who are not receiving a service. Additionally, those clients who are staying at any of the Fairmont properties, i.e, RV Campground, Chalets or Condos/Timeshares are not able to receive a pass to the hot springs as they are available to you at those locations. No exceptions. We cannot sell/give extra passes for anyone who is not receiving a service.
