Arrival Time:
Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early to have a proper check-in for your service. You should have received an email with your client intake form; this must be filled out prior to your appointment. If it is not, we will resend it to you, and you will need to complete it in its entirety. We no longer use paper intake forms. Each client will need their own intake form completed to receive any service. Per Montana state law for Massage Therapy.

Day Passes to the Hot Springs

Day passes are available only for clients receiving a service who are not guests of the resort, RV park, Chalets, or Condos or those who have memberships for Fairmont Hot Springs Resort.
Passes cannot be given or sold to anyone else in your party if they are not receiving a service—no exceptions.
Day passes are valid only on the date of service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A card must be on file in order to book a service. If there is not one, you may run the risk of losing the appointment(s) scheduled.
We have a 48-Hour cancellation policy. Clients will receive both 48- and 24-hour reminders of their appointments.
Any changes to an appointment for lesser time/service or cancellation that is 48 - 24 hours before the service(s), the card on file will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
Any changes to an appointment for lesser time/service or cancellation less than 24 hours before the service(s), the card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
Any clients who are a no-show to their appointment(s), the card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
Late arrivals will receive a shortened session and are still responsible for the full-service price.
Any clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment(s) without any communication to the spa will be considered a no show and that appointment will be automatically cancelled and charged the full amount of the service scheduled.

If you mistakenly book at our spa in Montana, but are actually in Canada, the same cancellation policy applies—no exceptions.

We no longer charge services to guest's rooms. All payments must be received at time of booking or service.
Clients are able to use a credit/debit card or cash for their services.

Age Restrictions

Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian consent prior to their arrival to the appointment.
No clients under the age of 15—no exceptions.
Clients ages 15–18 must be accompanied by a same-sex parent or guardian in the treatment room unless otherwise requested by the client.

Satisfaction & Conduct Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the spa owners directly at WhisperingWillowsDaySpa@gmail.com and we can address any concerns. While we strive to resolve issues, refunds are not guaranteed.

Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse or end a treatment at their discretion.

Any inappropriate comments or behavior of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the appointment, and the full-service price will still be charged.
